Everything was great, easy location very near to the station, the staff were exceptional. The room was perfectly clean and brand-new and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers, and robes. Liked the clean bathroom;)))

The hotel was also conveniently situated away from the busy tourist spots, allowing for a peaceful and quiet stay. Secondly, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Finally, the rooms were meticulously kept clean, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

What an incredible stay! I was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail by the staff. Location-wise, this hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from both the metro and tram stations. Another great advantage was the kind and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't quite live up to expectations. the main issue was the smoking room that I was given instead of a non-smoking one.

The room service at Nl Amsterdam was initially a bit sloppy, but they quickly improved after I brought it to their attention. The hotel provided a working phone in my room and a small fridge, which were both very convenient. The lighting in the room was good, with enough electric outlets and hooks in the bathroom. The water in the shower was consistently hot, which is always a plus. On top of that, the breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the dining room was kept meticulously clean.

Despite a few minor issues, I would recommend Nl Amsterdam Hotel.
